on Wednesday I found a bat in my apartment, gave it water, took it to a wildlife rescue (she’s doing well and her name is Eloise) and I also had to get rabies shots for me and my cat, so that has been NOT fun, a very busy few days for me lol 🦇

The wildlife rescue named her Eloise and she’s doing great!! Got some formula, they think she’ll make a full recovery 🦇🥳

of course, because I do not know when this bat got in my apartment, and they can transmit rabies while asymptomatic so I got the rabies vaccine after this possible exposure (the nurse j had was very kind, she gave me dinosaur bandaids) Julian Baker is getting his booster tomorrow, he doesn’t know
