Struggling with a terrible twin refinement. Everything looks OK during processing and when adding data from second component to the refinement it just doesn’t change almost anything in the R values… 😓 And the dataset is quite good, with nicely separated reflections! #crystallography

Making my first battery 🥹

Just finished our first Esser group’s visit at DESY synchrotron. We are going back to Ulm with some exciting structures, great memories and new experience! Special thanks to Leila, the beamline scientist, for great cooperation and fun! We all learned a lot from each other!
