idk why i care about this but it bugs me when people pronounce cache with two syllables. it just sounds yucky like that idk. like it doesnt bug me when people pronounce niche like "nitch" but it does bug when they say like "ni-shee" or "nee-shay" or something thats super off like that.

I think the biggest difference between The Internet Then and The Internet Now is how Being Mad Online used to be the one thing you could never admit to, under pain of death, and now, Being Mad Online is a whole career path with a skill tree and an ever-expanding variety of debuffs.

okay im starting to see the battles are quick/easy in this game because the difficulty is in resource management/endurance. so like you can take enemies down very quickly/easily but you do still have to be smart/resourceful about it bc being wasteful/reckless come back to bite you later if you dont.

thoughts on look outside so far: its like funger but i think like, *more* lovecraftian? and for people who are wimpy babies irt difficulty (non derogatory) like i mean funger isnt *hard* theres just a lot to learn the battles in this just from what im seeing seem really easy/quick

finally got doctor appointment, the vitamin is going back down, its not like dire yet but its below average so he was like yeah get some supplements. also got more diazepam so i dont have to tank the anxiety anymore 👍

so current vibes were getting from SHf from where were at is that: yeah this is kind of a reinterpretation of the broad vibes of SH1 and currently im thinking potentially that hinako sort of has a like, mary sue thing going on. but like, on purpose as an intentional character flaw i suppose.

im very interested in a SH1 remake bc tbh i didnt get too much out of SH1. like theres plenty to like about it for sure, the snowy desolation of the town is nice, of course the alleyway that everyone gushes about. but SH1 unlike 2 and 3 feels like its PIECES of a good game rather than a good game.

This is THE game I’m looking forward to the most. The original Silent Hill features some of the most messed up creatures, interesting themes, and coolest locations in the entire series. It will be a joy to see it all under a new light.
