The Camino attracts roughly 400,000 pilgrims per year, and the average pilgrim leaves a footprint of roughly 0.5 tonnes of CO2 - the equivalent of a 3,500km drive. 💨 Those running the trail can often leave an even bigger impact. 🏃🏻‍♀️

I'm 1200 km in these Supershoes A present to run London Marathon 2025 and I'm still using them for all long runs, they still feel great. Uppers are 100%. Each sole has a patch superglued on. Works out about 20p a km so far. Maybe another 800km! I'm regularly getting 1000k from Adidas Bostons.

I got 1,000km out of my Inov Roclite. Had several holes in them before I had to retire them. Be interesting to know more about Saucony. I've got between 500km and 1,000km out of various pairs. But as soon as you go over 600km you feel the deterioration on the road.
