I dare not ask it at the other place for the fear of being labelled a ******** ****** ***** but it would be interesting to know if Terry Griffiths had a recognition or cognitive memory of snooker in his later few years. It strikes me that snooker is very like playing a piano in that respect.

Met Terry on a number of occasions, firstly as a very young kid in Preston after he won the UK Championship when my dad insisted I call him Mr Griffiths when asking for an autograph. Later years met him in the press in Sheffield and in his coaching days at SWSA. Always a gent. #RIPGriff
