Such a lovely lunchtime stroll today along beautiful Regent's Canal with powerhouse author, actress and absolute sweetheart Susannah Wise. It was so brilliant to trade stories, ideas and gossip. Can’t wait for Susannah's folk horror infused new novel THE DRIFT, which comes out on Halloween!

Front row for closing night of one of my very favourite musicals: Girl from the North Country at The Old Vic! Loved the original production in 2017, seen it a number of times since, and now here we are!

Hatchards St Pancras is the place to be! Popped in fresh from the Derby train and who should I bump into but the lovely @paradiselibrary.bsky.social! So nice to trade a bit of bookish gossip. Also, I did sign some paperbacks for the shop, but there's only one left, so grab it before it disappears...
