It’s an important season for workplace injury reporting! From Feb to April, most employers are required to post a summary of injuries and illnesses that occurred at the workplace in the prior year. In CA, the Cal/OSHA Form 300A must be posted in a visible location.

As of July 1, 2025 SB 1350 is officially in effect. This new law extends Cal/OSHA protections to some domestic service workers hired by businesses such as house cleaning companies, homecare agencies, and residential landscaping and gardening companies.
