Rough UConn loss but it felt inevitable this team would lose eventually and if there was one to pencil in it woulda been this one. Can’t complain about a 12-0 conference start and 22-2 at this point in the season.

Just a fantastic turnaround for the UConn men’s offense output these last two games. The way they’re moving the ball and passing up a good shot for a great shot feels so much more like the ‘22-‘24 period of time. An offense rounding into form. From a low of 40 in AdjO to 26 in just a few weeks.

On the one hand, this is the best UConn season record-wise since the 90s. Can’t argue with a 20-1/10-0 team. The metrics tell a slightly different story as our offense continues to backslide. Defense will keep us in every game but not sure the horses are there just yet.

UConn … a lot to like tonight: played 25+ minutes of dominant basketball. Offensive rebounds were a problem the whole game. Fouls became a problem in the second half. Then things got sloppy. Least nervous I’ve been in a 2pt win in a long time. This team is gonna be really really good.
