Flock being used for immigration enforcement and abortion surveillance is not an abuse of the system. Flock enabled this when they built their software. Flock knew what they were doing. The only way to prevent surveillance tech from being harmful is to never use it.

This is scary and not surprising. It is entirely too easy to map someone's home address if you know how to use Google. Also, similar to police use of surveillance tools, this situation illustrates how the problem is beyond concerns focused on privacy and more about the power these tools grant.
