Just had the pleasure of sitting in for a couple of tunes with the fantastic Mike and the Burn-Alls. And really, if you ever hear that Will Owen Gage is in your town, run don’t walk to see him play guitar. He’s brilliant.

Messing with a mini pedalboard I have here, only to discover that my fuzz is dead. Even though it was a cheap one off and not the end of the world, I’m kicking myself for not packing more fuzzes like I said I would. Whoops.

En route to Austin, where it’s currently 67 degrees but I’m verrrry jealous of the potential snow bomb NYC might get tonight.

Tonight I restrung a guitar for a student just before he performed at an honor society induction. - Lefty gtr; - Floyd Rose trem; - borrowed tools; - no work bench (stacked piles of paper to get heights and angles); - on 3 hours sleep! I think this is what they call a mitzvah.

It's been over a month, and I still haven't gone back to that Ozzy documentary. Eventually?
