No one should bemoan the end of Maduro's reign. But Trump's illegal operation is about more than just Venezuela. It's about a President believing he has no limit to his power as Commander in Chief. Congress must say no to this abuse of force.

Some basic facts: Venezuela produces about 1 million barrels of oil a day. (US, 20m.) But it has what's probably biggest reserve in world at 300 billion. It will take massive investments (and years) for Venezuela to significantly increase its output. Who will do that? Who will pay for that?
