The OLT appeal of the garden suites bylaw amendment from June has been scoped to a single property, so is now in effect city wide. Good news!

Visited the showroom of Atella, who make “pre-engineered modular garden suites”. Really nice product. Impressed at how fast it can be assembled on-site, and their everything but the furniture pricing.
