I think what annoys a lot of people about influencers is the name they've given themselves. You get to decide whether you influence someone or not, it just sort of happens. Such an arrogant thing to declare yourself as.

Went to Disneyland Paris this week, and whilst on our journey back I popped into a newsagents and the amount of comic anthologys on the shelves was mind blowing, it easily reached double figures. In the UK we've got just 2000ad, The Phoenix and Viz.We should be doing a lot better

Imagine spending 40mill on a documentary about yourself and then not only does nobody want to see it, but two thirds of the production crew request to not be mentioned in the credits.

I'm not saying that our youngest (Jacob,11) has a career in marketing ahead of him but he's taken, Megatomic Battle Rabbit, Chrono-Cat and Mr Mandrake into school to show his English teacher and they are now in the process of getting those books put into the library @markosia.bsky.social
