Contending with an angy boy this morning because my partner is still in bed and thus is ignoring him.

Also, now I’m thinking about the BG3/Dragon Age crossover fic I did that’s set in my now-AU post-canon universe. How Iris was in such a poor frame of mind that she was absolutely awful to my Tav, Petra, who treated Iris with such grace and kindness. Astarion drove Solas up the wall.

I’m seeing some commentary re: the Astarion book online and it honestly never occurred to me that people might feel it would invalidate their OC. As someone who has written parts his his pre-tadfools life I’m just really curious to see how close I got re: his dynamic with the other spawn. 🤷‍♀️
