In mid-December, we ran our first Customer Experience Week. It was a cross-functional sprint dedicated entirely to making small, yet impactful improvements for our customers. 📧 To inform some of this work, we pulled friction points from our support inbox, straight from our customers.

We wrapped Customer Experience week! 💙 Time for teams across Buffer to step back from the roadmap, zoom in on the details, & make tangible, low-risk improvements that enhance Buffer’s customer experience. Wrapped it up with a small “treat yourself” moment to celebrate the humans behind the work!

We’ve been reworking the main way our customers share feedback in Buffer: our in-app feedback widget. The old version did the job, but it was limited and hard for our team to review and follow up on. We wanted to make it even easier for customers to share feedback, and now they can!

My 2025 year in review from @buffer.com: - I was ranked exactly 115,290th in terms of posts sent this year. Really need to crack the top 100K next year 😅 - Surprisingly I was ranked in the top 15% in terms of total engagement. I'll take it! - Bluesky was my top platform 🤝

Pretty cool that I'm a top 0.5% creator with @buffer.com! And mind boggling that I made 2,500 posts this year 😲 I've been so happy with Buffer since I started using it back in 2021. I definitely recommend it for any creators looking for a way to schedule content. #ContentCreator #SocialMedia
