I just bought a new camera lens! Very similar to my other long one, a TAMRON, but it's a 75-300 now. Also doesn't have the macro feature, but I can live without that. Should be here sometime in the next five days, and I can't wait to actually have good photos again!

FINALLY.

Never. Never, ever, ever in my wildest dreams did I ever imagine I would ever play golf in a different country. But that is exactly what I did today at the Golfbaan Texelse! Sure, I shot 101. But I had a few pars, a 47 on the back-9, and the most fun I've ever had on a golf course.

I'm in the middle of my trip to the Netherlands, and I got to meet up with two good friends of mine in Utrecht! mmchen93 and @remyvink.bsky.social !

Well, I guess I've got a degree now! It's been tough, but I came out the other side a much stronger man than I was to begin with! Mental strength, I mean (although I suppose I'm physically stronger, too).
