"Well... one of the first times my powers manifested I was reading my essay in front of my class and... well all of their thoughts kept pushing in until i just screamed and... well everyone in the school was knocked out..." She leans back in her chair. "I've learnt to control and adapt to it ~

She gives him some serious side-eye. "It's quite common, actually..." She rubs her temples. "But they have gotten worse in the past days..."

She takes the bottle, popping a pair of small pills and downing them with water. "It's just a consequence of my powers... these headaches use to be far worse."

"Ugh... another headache... where did I put the ibuprofen?"

She brings him into a hug. "Thank you... I know how hard a decision like that is for you."
