Jumping off this, my favourite example of utter ignorance is Halo. The fact that there was someone with the double whammy ideas of "Let's take his helmet off" and "let's have him shaggin" is wild to me. Like clearly, even without having watched it, you know nobody has any clue what Halo is.

Man we're in that place where any fucking video game IP is getting grabbed and developed into a movie/TV show without a care in the world of who's actually developing it. All because there was a handful of commercial/critical hits in the past 5ish years (mario, tlou etc).

Neutralmania 2 was wild yesterday, TOs deserve a huge applause for running it so smoothly given the huge crowd that turned up! Such a great day out! Also really happy with my performance, expected a 2-2 at best, but ended up going 3-2 and losing to two really strong players. GGs all around!
