Interesting! I'm listening to a PC MP explain why they're voting against the budget. Apparently, we have all these new "crises" we're facing now - that the budget doesn't address. FYI Those "crises" have been there since the Harper era. PP & the Conservatives did nothing to elevate them back then.

So proud of Alberta students today. I taught for a total of 8 yrs in AB & was involved in 2 contracts. We chose to not ask for an increase in favor of asking for more resources for students & smaller class sizes. Over 8 yrs, it never happened. Nothing. I left in 2022. Teachers in AB deserve better.

My elderly mother apologized to me for how she tried to raise me. She wanted me to be a good, kind & respectful human being who worked hard, cared about others & tried to look after the planet. She told me that she was wrong. She should have raised me to lie, cheat and steal instead. How very sad.
