Today’s the day for the first ever Game Trailer Microtalks panel at GDC! It’s at 1:30p in West Hall room 3001 9 talks about a different facet of making game trailers from producing, to capture, to VR, hacking together solutions when devs are too busy to fix bugs, and more!

Made a custom 3D printed gachapon machine to match the in-game one from @bugaboopocket.bsky.social for today’s @dayofthedevs.org event! To use the machine you had to insert a special coin and each capsule was filled with a bug fact and a holographic bug sticker. 🪲✨

Late night, last minute prep for Day of the Devs. Elytra Games earrings in colors that will match all our outfits tomorrow. (The purple + pearl is mine!)

@cabel.panic.com’s brilliant and bittersweet talk from #xoxofest has been rattling around my brain. I’m so thankful he shared Wes Cook with all of us! Unable to make the pilgrimage to Centralia, WA to visit the DELICIOUS BURGER mural in-person, I made a mini version to pay homage at home.

Very excited for a video of a certain talk to be released later today! It inspired me out of a long standing creative funk that I’m thankful to have shaken off. Few final touches to do tomorrow morning, then I’m off to grab some fries for a photo shoot. 🍟✨ #xoxofest
