Just finished reading Sisters of the Crimson Vine by @authorplm.bsky.social, a deliciously creepy & evocative folk horror novella that really felt like midsummer in the middle of winter, and also made me really miss wine. Plus sexy nuns, if that's your jam.

We always get a little ambitious around Halloween. This year, my wife and I have done all the usuals—movies, board games, haunted houses, etc. But one project has eclipsed them all.
