There are estimated to be 1000 trans girls in guides. There are 300'000 guides in the UK and 23'000 guides chapters in the UK. That means at most 1 in 23 chapters even has A trans girl. Cis Men can still volunteer and help run guides. Volunteers' boy children can attend meetings. Just Bigotry.
