I forgot to brag here, but I ended up among the 19 who shared the second place in the #penstoretalen2026 competition! And got a gift card, with which I hoarded some paper, a new brush and some chunky charcoal. Planning to use this paper to ink the comic, might need a third pad though.

Dear #gym diary, a new personal best: 90kg (200lb) with six reps on hip thrust. Closing in on 100kg! Another full body work out, and I feel I've bounced back after the flu. No weight increasings in other exercises, but (almost) full reps, pleased with that.

First gym in 3 weeks (had flu) and oh boy was it a challenge! Full body program, used ~70-90% weights and went for full reps, with varying results. Takes time to find my footing again, hoping to exercise two times a week from now on.

Started the final pencilling of my #ravencomic, on page 3 at the moment. I plan on not proceeding in page order, but rather pick what I feel like drawing. Forests, horses, people, the weird mutant animals, the spirit world, sound effects... or work on the dialogue. One massive todo list!

#gym tonight, upper body day. A really uneven and weird workout, few more reps in some moves, had to reduce weights in others. And I couldn't connect with my left arm properly (if that makes any sense). Anyway, worth going as always.

Great night at the #gym! Been going only 1-2 times a week now, cos I walk so much daily with the dog. Increased weights +5kg in lunge and leg curl, and RDL'd two good sets with my body weight. So pleased! The progress is slow but into the right direction.
