I spent the evening doing something for me, new hands! These stubby little gremlin hands have five fingers, each with only two joints and a knobbly silhouette. I like them a lot more than her previous hands that looked like human hands with press on nails.

I just patched the FGD bracelet to correct some serious parameter sync issues I overlooked. The new VRCFury prefab in 1.0.1 will not sync and save properly after you configure it in game. Thanks to everybody who tipped me by picking it up! Let me know if anybody finds any other bugs.

I'll be making a proper promo video in the next couple of days to really show off this new feature, but here's a quick demo in the unity client. Activate Stalker mode to freeze the soul warden as a statue. You can still move freely, your avatar will only update position when out of view.

Good news, I actually got the Weeping Angel Functionality for the Soul Wardens working for both PC (medium) and Quest (poor) Here's a video of it in action.

People have asked if I could add weeping-angel functionality to the Gargoyles. And I actually could! But I don't think I will. That's not how the gargoyles work canonically... BUT, there is another avatar in my catalogue that could use a spooky new feature...

I added a distance-based headchop remover so that you can see the head on your own statue if you choose to wander away for a little out of body experience.

For those curious, the Luird Shapeshifter is the scalable torso mesh I've been tinkering with for two years. All these avatars are just the lurid shapeshifter with different scaling (and different hands/feet/head)

blocking out what I need to accomplish with the male shapekeys. I already know the Lurid Shapeshifter can do Goliath's blocky build, but I can't branch off to do the male build until I make these shapekeys first.

Okay, it took all morning rigging up custom controller solutions, BUT: Stone form now locks visemes, and locks your expression to whichever you were last using. Stone form also locks blinking. But flesh form still has blinking, look up and look down eyelid shapekeys, and overblink corrections.

Functioning Stone statue form toggle! Creates a stationary duplicate of your avatar in your current pose. Toggle on and off at will! ...Still easier than making a cape.

Currently rigging up the rig prototype to test motion. This is a ten second paint job, but I'm still really liking what it's bringing to the model's look regardless.

And I just only now noticed Gargoyles have four fingers and not five... ...hmmm... probably just going to keep my current model with five rather than add another dozen hours to this project.
