Koi Ramen in Cary is sooo good! Their Black Garlic ramen has so much flavor. Also, very filling! Highly recommend.

The number on the scale made me happy this morning. Down 7lbs in a week. Not a staggering number, but it’s the lightest I’ve weighed in at least 3 years! Under 210lbs now.

I have to say, these home made enchiladas are really good!

It’s hot out there today, holy smokes. I am drinking water like crazy. These are the days where a pool would be great. Just hop in and cool off.

I’ve really been in my head about my body this week. I’ve rarely been happy with my appearance. And I know it’s something I can change, but it’s more than a physical change. It’s wanting to get healthier. Breaking some habits is hard though. But I know I can do it. I want to do it.

Just bought a pickleball paddle. Let’s try something new and get more active!
