Although I can't respond to the thread, I can point this person to the document where Reform say they will create concentration camps and a whole load of other fascist things. It's here:

The UK version of “Project 2025” by the Reform party includes a British ICE, a concentration camp for 24,000 people, mass surveillance and withdrawing from refugee, anti-torture and anti-trafficking conventions. It’s on their website. That’s how comfortable fascists are in the UK today.

Farage has proposed a mass deportation plan called "Operation Restoring Justice," which includes creating a "UK Deportation Command" modelled on Trump’s ICE. Don't vote Reform unless you want innocent blood on UK streets like we are seeing in the USA.

Remember, in his first term Trump asked military leaders of protesters: “can’t you just shoot them.” Back then his officials refused. So he found ones who wouldn’t. This is what he’s always wanted. It’s not an accident. It was his vision.

After our original Roomba died we've been through a Roborock (dead wheel motors) and a pair of Tapo units (brush sensor failures) here we are back with another Roomba. Let's see how this goes.

First test on this mulching blade on the strimmer. Apparently the 2t one is better on grass, but this is for brambles in woodland. An initial test says it's very effective, so I've sharpened it up and checked it's balanced. Away we go...

Wanna really see something? Be in a local (parish/town/community) council when things go wrong. All it takes is a clerk with bad intentions, or a local cabal and you'll find out a number of things: The police know nothing about the laws of the land, or the punishments available for breaking them

Day out in London, including a chunk of walking around Kensington. Not been for a few years. The streets are noticeably quieter and less smoky. We saw very few diesel cabs. Virtually everything being used as a taxi is now electric. I guess that's a thing that just works.

Needed to replace the kickdown cable on the auto box. Remove exhaust, shift cable, transmission mount, pan, filter, then the complete valve block assembly. That ate most of the day and repeatedly covered me in ATF. Hideous job.

For 50 years, the median wage of hourly workers stagnated or declined while the stock market and CEO pay skyrocketed. Is it any wonder why so many feel abandoned by the system? People lose faith, and a demagogue fills the void. This is why we must fix the system.
