No more calling it "friendslop". They're co-op/multiplayer games. Friendslop is a terribly degrading term used by miserable, friendless basement dwellers who have ever only played FPS while yelling slurs at some kid. Especially sad when the games are fun, engaging, and done with true care.

This is the most important point of all. Being visibly trans is important, but there’s so much risk with it. Trans people should be able to be visible and not have it affect their jobs, social lives, or safety You can say we’re “brave” all you want. But who made a world where we have to be that?

The way I contextualize my gender these days is thinking of a cake. Nonbinary is the cake flavor, female is the decorations on top. Some days I feel like having more frosting and sprinkles, some days I don't! I'm okay being perceived as either. But the base flavor is still nonbinary.

Not every trans person chooses to be visible, & not every one can. On TDOV, I'd like to acknowledge those of us who either can't or don't feel safe enough to express themselves, and thank those who are visible for offering up hope and a community. Without you all, I would not be where I am today!

Happy TDOV. There's not a lot I could say that others already haven't, but; none of this shit was your fault. How you've been treated for this long had nothing to do with who you are in your heart.
