We cleaned up a couple of things today mainly with the shoulder and then sculpting poses to "unbreak" certain things we broke to camera. Currently this is where we are at. We still have a rough face anim pass only and havent fully looked at the arms yet. but slowly making progress

Finding the simplest rigs online and posing them just to help see posing in its simplest form can help with focusing on making sure poses can read and you can understand what's happening in that character/mechanics. It just helps with understanding things and not OVERCOMPLICATING things.
