I could have dug deeper into specifics with this review as to why I gave it a thumbs down, but that list would be pretty long. Guess we'll see what the future brings for Shinobi AoV. I'm hoping it's massive improvements, but that's possibly wishful thinking.

Be very careful about posted art online. Check the user's post history, other pictures, account age, everything. I take massive issue claiming art is your own when it was generated from a website. At least own up.

I've been thinking about streaming one day a week for a bit. Maybe a little bit of speedrunning (need that sub 24 time eventually), and then kicking back with something casual. I've received encouragement from countless individuals. I suppose I just have to figure a time that would work best.

I got Ship of Harkinian working with Ocarina of Time for the PC port and I've been doing a bit of No Logic randomizer. It's the first randomizer I've done, and it's been kinda fun. It's easy to just sink time into it.

I became obsessed with archipelago (archipelago.gg) this weekend. It's a multi game, multi world, randomizer meant for playing with friends but also possible to play multiple games on your own. I did Pokemon Blue, Super Metroid and Sonic Adventure 2B on my own and it took HOURS. Very fun though!

I built a LUA script that counts the number of frames between each action to see how fast I am with inputs. It keeps a history of the last 10 actions on screen, newest on top. This example shows how fast I am inputting double tap run on landing from a dive kick. 1 standing frame is optimal!

BlueSky has plans on being federated, right? I wanted to keep the gaming/Twitch stuff and the art stuff separate as I already have an account that I use for art that's been on a Mastodon instance.
