#modelrailroading Starting a new kit. Really Drug store. This is an inexpensive kit from FLRailroaddog. I can find some faults with the kit, but it's a good way to get buildings on your layout if you can't afford those high dollar kits.

I've noticed that when it comes to #modelTrain trees and buildings, there is a range from perfectly symmetrical uniformly colored identical plastic trees all the way to very realistic and naturally individual wonders like these. Goal-wise I want the realism, but skill wise I'm still in between.

I sometimes use emojis because no one can hear your tone of voice, and you could end up with people hearing something else entirely. People are going to do that anyhow, but minimizing it saves a lot of stress.

Anyone have a visual guide to different US switcher locomotives, like pics comparing profiles so you can learn to easily recognize one from another? Locomotives in general... i haven't found one that is an easy locomotive identification reference. Sometimes it's like trying to tell SUVs apart.

I feel like the Stargate SG-1 crew would get out of jams much quicker if they didn't take so long reacting dramatically to the unexpected events that happen to them constantly.

The #NScale hashtag is for model trains so this will get confusing, like this post picked up in the Model Railroading Feed. All the model trains in the world running at once probably don't come close to 90 megawatts.
