Give me some wisdom & feedback here, friends: if I want to build a list of folks with small followings, should I make it… A. “Opt In” (I ask whether you want to be in the list, and don’t add you unless you say Yes) or B. “Opt Out” (I build the list but remove you if you don’t want to be there)?
