i also want to try freezing my sauces and vegetables - since one problem i have with getting fresh veg is that i struggle to use it in time before it goes off. frozen veg is useful to me for this reason, but ofc comes in plastic bags. so i thought, why not freeze my own?

so im trying again to reduce my plastic consumption. im going to town tomorrow afternoon so im going to buy a bunch of loose veggies from the greengrocers in town, to use in sauces. i have some nonplastic veg bags to use too. #plasticfree
