therapy probably only works until about the age of 40 at which point you just accept that life is somewhat fuct & there’s not much you can do abt that so—why not just keep writing poetry?

I encourage people to look at what happened to the profession as a whole through the process of adjunctification, a mechanism which degraded the quality and security of ALL faculty jobs, even those who are tenure track and see how AI automation is the same mechanism, only potentially faster.
