Keep your eyes peeled for the ultimate ‘form’ letter, dropping tomorrow!

Attended the library board meeting on Tuesday: the board and CEO got your emails, but only personalized ones were sent a generic reply, and 300-400 ‘form’ emails were not replied to. The CEO mentioned she’d received about 1000 emails and had stopped counting. Content of emails was not discussed.
