haha day 2 on the stimulant my dr put me on and i'm exhaustedddd. i literally took a nap an hour after taking the first dose yesterday. that's probably totally normal and not a cause for concern, right? hahaha

also i'm feeling *physically* better today. woke up w a migraine still but i wasn't nauseous so i took advantage of the situation to eat a protein bar and that helped a lot. now i'm having some real food and while my mind is still in a really bad place, at least i feel physically ok.
