I have fond memories of that site. This was the place I started posting my first digital drawings and where I found a good number of talented artists from whom I would learn a lot. It had its flaws of course but it doesn't compare to the tragic fate that would await it years later

Playing old games I know well has helped me improve my mood. The other day I played Mario Kart for the GBA and I forgot how much of a chore it's to get a three-star rank; there are too many specific things to do. If someone told me I also had to hold my breath during the races, I'd believe it lmao

Thinking about nice things and remembering a concept I made for the canceled Donkey Kong Racing and how good it could work. When I found out about its existence, it caught my attention so much that I filled pages with mechanics, characters, vehicles and an adventure mode. Still don't regret it xD

It's kind of crazy that I've only just now been playing a Metroid game for the first time. Fusion for GBA is pretty beautiful graphically and gameplay-wise more intuitive than Castlevania games in the same style. I'm enjoying it very much!
