DOJ has sued 8 states for refusing to turn over their full, unreacted voter files. My team has now filed motions to defend those states against this attack on federalism in 6 of those states: ME, MI, MN, NH, OR and PA. I suggest that tomorrow DOJ monitor the docket in the remaining two: CA and NY.
