Nice to see the actual King cheering on some parkrunners this weekend. But the best person we’ve seen supporting a race will always be the lad who high-fived us at the Great North Run while holding a sign that said ‘If you collapse I’ll pause your Strava.’ Thank you, unknown sign hero.
