Richard Hughes, credited as the originator of
#RadioDrama
with his play Danger, did so in 1924 (not 1923 as per the voiceover) However... In 1923 Cathleen Nesbitt adapted the first full length play -
#TwelfthNight
And... The first play - Phyllis Twigg's The Truth About Father Christmas - was in 1922

Geraldine Heng’s The Invention of Race in European Middle Ages is one of the most illuminating works on race. Ignore it at your peril. It’s the missing piece for construction of racialised imaginary wrt the Irish, Welsh, Jews & Muslims in Europe. And instructs us that race precedes eurocolonialism.
