Yes, I’m a person who has lived in pdx since I was 6 months old AND I carry an umbrella. I walk everywhere, and I refuse to embrace an “outdoorsy” aesthetic. I don’t own a rain coat. I hate coffee and beer too. :)

The last 0.1 nib of my Copic Multiliner SP is almost completely worn down, and that will be the beginning of the end for this set of pens I’ve used for 25ish years. They make disposable versions, but I’m bummed they discontinued these. You could separately replace the nibs and ink cartridges. :(

THINK WE COULD MAKE SOMETHING SPECIAL

I HATE Birdy Grey. Poorly designed, poorly constructed. The worst poly knit lining that snags and runs when you look at it, the wrong interfacing for structured (think strapless with boning) and tries to do too much. I hate it more than Reformation or Jenny Yoo.

Today a bridesmaid’s jumpsuit that the client said in correspondence needed a hem and to “make the bodice fit a little better.” Could barely zip to the waist, and at the top of the zipper 8” too small. So corset back! This involves shortening the zipper, adding 13 loops for lacing.

Spent this morning sewing the easy things trying to decide between which horrible thing to do first after lunch. Tulle and lace dress I had to seamrip tiny stitches out without tearing it beat the bridesmaid’s jumpsuit I have to add a corset back to.

Things are good and I am fine!
