I’m bad at asking for sympathy, but this week ahead of traveling to PAX for work I’m visiting my grandpa who is essentially in hospice. He’s 92 and has been declining the last few years due to dementia but has entered an accelerated end phase and I wanted to say goodbye before I lost my chance to.

I have two parallel thoughts about Weapons. 1) It’s an intriguing look at isolation and dread in a suburban setting. I liked how the narrative was disjointed and most everyone went at things alone instead of working together 2) I miss Trevor Moore so damn bad.

Gundam TCG aftermarket is crazy rn. A bunch of shops are opening starters (MSRP 12.99) to see if they’re god decks and then selling them on TCG for $30+ (w/o the promo even!!) if they’re not. Sort of insane behavior
