For the past few days I've had the "empty" living memory music stuck in my head.

One useful trick I've seen on socmed: Get a minion that perches on your shoulder/head. /beckon them over. Pose with w/e animation, then click on the minion. It's pretty effective in base gpose if you want a more cinematic-esque gpose and can help you get some angles you can't get off your char.

That was hands down, the most difficult MSQ patch I've ever forced myself through, the timing could not have been more personal. I won't be doing that trial again any time soon. "Only those who welcome death, deserve it" The story and the ending was great, it just hit a little too close to home...

It's a strange feeling, knowing he's gone and that I won't get one more message or one last call. But the coming months prepared me for this, as his health got worse I wasn't able to spend as much time with him as I used to, I can't help but think he held on just so that this part might be easier.

Weeks have now become days/hours... I'm scared, I know his suffering will be over soon and I'm grateful to that, but I'll be haunted by the promised kiss I couldn't give, the cuddles we'll never get and the dreams that kept me going will die with him. Zane wants me to have a full and happy life...

Today I went to my local pride event, while it was wonderful to see so many of my LGBTQ+ community it was also dire reflection of my heart, there I was grieving the future plans I'd had of taking Zane to Pride while everyone else was celebrating, it was a very stark reminder of the reality I was in.

Zane's gone back to hospice care... He's too weak for the LVAD and will die sometime in the next 4 weeks. I can't change my flight back to an earlier one. I gambled and lost... I hate it here, I will never ignore a gut feeling ever again, I'm not paranoid I'm observant, It will not happen again.

So as of last night Zane is now in the hospital waiting for his Lvad procedure during this next week. So I'm confident he'll get it, I just hope it happens before he's classified as an emergency surgery. Right now all I can do is wait, but by the end of next week, one way or another it'll be over.

So the flight I originally planned on getting took off 30 minutes ago. I rescheduled but forgot to delete the trip as an event on outlook, so I woke up to that and immediately panicked to double checking that my booking had actually changed, which it did. Now I'm just waiting for the 23rd

Day 1 of trying not to spiral as my entire week is flipped on it's head for second time in the space of 4 days. Just wish I could sleep till the 23rd and not have to wait a whole week to find out if I gambled and lost, but my catastrophising autistic ass won't leave me be. 🙃

Update: Zane officially changed his mind on Sunday and is going to try for the LVAD one last time, he's scheduled to be assessed next week, to which hopefully they'll do the procedure soon the same day or after. He's asked me to reschedule my trip to our original plan of October.

Zane has agreed for me to go see him next week, It's such a weird mix of feelings, Relief, Joy, but also melancholy. This trip means so much to me, cause it'll allow me to say that I met him and prove without a doubt, that we were 2 people in love and it was real. I'm ready for this.

Shocking, who would've thought that having a terminal heart condition could cause someone to have a deep depression, which could make them ineligible for life saving treatment. L-D Boyfriend has been committed to hospital for 7 days, his phone confiscated too, so he's now out of reach of me. Yay
