I moved to this country in 2008, and I swear even through the first Great Recession, we had our shit together. Then 2010 happened and we just kind of gave up. I’m not mad about the 2024 election, I’m incredibly sad that we are now so easily duped. I don’t see that changing anytime soon.

When Trump was elected, my abilty to care went out the window. I will HATE everything he does. The corruption, the bullying, and the hatred and selfishness he’ll spread. But we own this. We must feel the pain, we deserve every bit of this until we realize (finally) that it can’t be repeated.
