Welp, I guess I'm trying every bowl of queso in the Hartford area. Ocho Cafe: It's molten cheese! Could use more tomato and pepper chunks inside, like the salsa. Texture isn't totally smooth, but it's not like a broken emulsion or anything gross. Congeals like good ol' foodservice Extra Melt.
