I'm here to gush about Blue Prince. I played this game last March, and it was honestly a very fun experience. It sits in the whole idea I mentioned earlier this week about the look of a game needing consistency more than being "good looking". This game falls right into that idea, same as Myst did.

I just finished watching this. Oh wow there was some notable effort put into the graphics and framing - especially the pilot images and the "barking" each pilot would do as the match went on. I highly recommend watching this.

I've worked service jobs. I've been a server at a restaurant, twice. That's why I always, no matter how pissed off I am that day (or how lax the service appears to be) try to be nothing but pleasant. I don't need to make someone else's day worse to make mine feel better. And theirs is hell enough.

#BattleTech Occasionally, I do find time to play Classic BattleTech with my brother. We mostly do it through a Discord video chat, and have a space set aside for it. Getting a chance to unbox and use some of the new Hextech buildings, the "Industrial Fluidworks" set in particular.

#BattleTech Just finished "Outfoxed" by Bryan Young. ( @swankmotron.com ) It was quick, easy to get into and before I realized it I'd gotten through half the book. It was also a good read, though there are elements which hit a bit harder than they would otherwise. (That's Katie's fault.)
