Another lovely visit from friend of the shop @jonsavage.bsky.social today. He left with some classic reggae LP’s & a pile of 45’s for his jukebox as well as kindly gifting a copy of the latest in his series of compilation albums which is full of great tunes & highly recommended 😎

The £3 or 5 for £10 7” singles have proved to be incredibly popular since I put them out…..so I’ve filled them up !!! Also there are still 6 crates of £1 12” singles to dig through 😎

Just had a sort out of the boxes of duplicate 7” singles under the counter & rather than have them sit there doing nothing I’ve put 2 boxes out on the counter for a bargain £3 each or 5 for £10. The first to get to these will have a field day & I’ve got plenty more to top them up with 😎

Spent all morning pricing up over 500 cd’s. As a result cd room has had a major restock & there are 2 mixed boxes that wouldn’t fit in there on the counter. Lots of great titles.

Made a 3.5 hour round trip to Stoke today to see a collection of 1,000 “rock & pop” LP’s. I’m no snob but when I pulled up outside my heart sank. I was in there 2 minutes & I’d seen & smelt enough,he even offered me them for free & I politely declined.Things improved greatly when I got back to HQ

A mountain of new stock in over the last 2 days, so much so not had time to price any up but there are some absolute blinders in these 5 boxes plus a pile of pre-loved Beatles t-shirts & the 3 black boxes will be for sale as soon as everything is in the racks
