@vriess.bsky.social surprised me with my own Easter Basket this morning. It means so much to me. Growing up, my grandma always made holidays feel really special. After she passed away when I was in my early ‘20s, the holidays often lacked that special feeling.

This was a lot of fun to color! I really enjoy the color-by-number concept. It’s fun and relaxing at the same time.

Work has been an overall positive experience today. This is a huge relief.

It’s felt like forever since I’ve painted. I kinda feel like trying my hand at some of the Shin Godzilla forms. Could be fun to try in watercolor. Now I just have to lug out my paint stuff. Cue the procrastination.

I attended my first ever B-Fest this past weekend. What a great experience! Usually, I feel like I don’t fit in anywhere. I had this foreign sense of belonging and acceptance. That I didn’t have to hide who I am (or who I’m not). Thanks to all of you for being so awesome and welcoming. #b-fest
