same for artists. no artist is burnt out because their workload would be less with AI or their project managing software could be assisted by AI. we’re burnt out because our work is not respected enough. what we do is seen as disposable and replaceable, rather than valuable.

My responses. The biggest complaint here is not to insist on morality, but to demand clarification of critical keywords and link these guidelines to legal definitions. It isn't just for free speech, it is also to make it easier to report genuinely illegal content and have it removed quickly.

There is no shame in finding "normal" social stuff, even w/ people or in situations you enjoy, exhausting. Remember that CPTSD often slaps down a whole layer of hypervigilance on even the most benign social situations-- & we have to expend bandwidth managing that the whole time.

There are few betrayals as common or hurtful as the familial expectation that you be polite to & engage with people who abused you.

Many CPTSD survivors have had the experience of anytime they express something, someone else telling them it's an "attack" or them being "difficult" or them being "ungrateful"-- which, in adulthood, can result in a literal, physical "silencing" reflex when we try to speak.
