T5 arrivals was a meas..bags pulled up. Wasn't hopeful of a swift escape. It was a record..aircraft parked at gate around 930 and I was out and in the car park by 10 and walked through the door at 1045, in time for the Eurovision voting. I'm speechless.. Choke me..

Perfect chill time before the madness of Lisbon Airport later. A quick stroll,a paddle and early lunch by the sea in Cascais before heading home.

UPDATE: They've just spoken to each other. I wanted to give them a round of applause. I'm also quite relieved for some reason.

There's a couple sat next to me at the restaurant. They've been there for 20 minutes and, aside from placing their order, haven't said a word to each other. They don't look annoyed, just bored of each other. Hope I don't end up like that.
