We're at Asda Hall Road today and tomorrow, collecting donations and chatting to customers about our work 😀 We've had great conversations with people who have needed our support, those who have donated and those who want to know more - thanks to our volunteers & everyone who has stopped to chat!

Tomorrow, we're at Westminster with other foodbanks speaking with MPs about the urgent need to update our welfare system. We're calling on the government to take action and help ensure that everyone can afford the essentials. It's time to #GuaranteeOurEssentials 🛒

As @trusselluk.bsky.social release their end of year stats, here in Norwich we've seen a 10% reduction in the number of people we've served in the 12 months ending 30/04/25 compared to 30/04/24. This is partly due to our on-site advice & support workers, reducing the need to return 💚

Today, @trusselluk.bsky.social shared their mid-years stats. Here in Norwich, between April-Sept 2024 we gave out food for just over 6,200. We work closely with partners including Citizens Advice, Shelter, British Red Cross, Your Own Place to ensure help, support, advice goes alongside food 💚
